Then we keep working on it at no extra charge until it does. If we ever conclude a channel isn't going to qualify, we tell you and refund what you paid in full.
Approval is YouTube's decision, not ours — so rather than pass that risk to you, we carry it. The one condition is that we can actually do the work: the guarantee doesn't apply if access is withdrawn or you stop responding mid-build.
Is this allowed by YouTube?
The thing YouTube's terms prohibit is selling or transferring accounts, and that never happens here — the channel is registered to you throughout, so there is nothing to transfer.
Channels still have to follow the monetization policies like any other, which is exactly why we build with original short-form and livestreams rather than reused or auto-generated content. Do I have to give you my Google password?
